My girl is 1 today! My sweet, brown eyed, snuggle bug is 1. Where does the time go? This time last year we had a freak summer storm that knocked out the power at the hospital (no air conditioning makes one cranky mommy in labor!). I had a fabulously easy labor and three pushes brought out my girl. I couldn't believe how big she was! 9 lbs!! I'm so thankful for her, her sweet smile, and goofy laugh. Her middle name describes her perfectly (probably why I call her Joy more than Ava).
So on this special day, Happy Birthday Ava-girl!! We are so thankful for you and blessed to have you in our lives!!
