It's the 'secret' recipe for the best grilled chicken ever.

Ready??

3/4 of a bottle of beer

a glug, glug, glug of soy sauce

and a splash splash of vinegar (it tenderizes the chicken breast).

DE-LI-SH.

I'm off to eat yummy chicken tacos with the yummiest chicken ever.

(I know my measurements were far from exact. We usually have two large chicken breasts for the 4 of us and I pour this concoction in a bowl, under, over and in between the two chicken breasts. Let it soak for about 15 minutes. Too long and the vinegar goes all crazy and the chicken just falls apart before you can even get it the grill!)
